New counter tops

The new counter tops were cut, routed, sanded and stained. We had to dodge the rain and heat to get the poly on but we are almost ready to install.

Cabinets are in

We finished the final coat of paint and installed the cabinets. Next, we'll finish the electrical and then onto building new countertops.

Rebuilt cabinets

We decided to remove the doors and drawers from each cabinet and create a countertop with a piano hinge that allows us to put totes inside from the top.
Rob has been a big help, learning to use all kinds of power tools. Andrew helped finish up the cabinet for the fridge. Brenda started priming and Michael was able to finish painting. Installation coming soon, then the counter tops, curtains and finishing touches.

Painting Complete

The painting was finished up by Brenda while Rob and I started building new cabinets.

Painting & Flooring

With the cabinets removed and my son Rob by my side we started painting and laid a new vinyl floor.

And so it begins....

We began remodelling our 1998 Palomino Tracker pop up camper this weekend with hopes to make it a "hotel room on wheels". 

We started with some before pictures, of course!
